SHARE TRANSPORTATION
Shared transportation means passengers will be waiting at the airport for at least 30 minutes. It may be longer depending on the airport operation pick hours inside the airport with migration desk that is out of our control.
Transportation will do at least two stops before their final destination.

Group Arrival:
Minimum of 5 passengers traveling together, ROUND TRIP $43 USD per person (including taxes).

PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION
EXCLUSIVE GROUP AIRPORT TRANSFERS (from Los Cabos International Airport up to RIU):
VAN HIACE (Maximum capacity up to 8 guests) $165USD, One way.
SUBURBAN (Maximum capacity up to 5 guests) $145 USD, One way.
SPRINTER (Maximum capacity up to 14 guests) $240 USD, One way.

Inbound Inclusions:
• $3,000,000 USD - passenger insurance.
• Welcome and personal assistance at the airport.
• Personalized Identification sign with group name.
• Luggage from the vehicle onwards until arrival at the hotel.
• EPIC escort when more than 20 persons are traveling together.


Optional services such as Beer, wine, bottle of water, scented cold towel, dry snacks, etc. will be quoted upon request.
Outbound Inclusions:
• $3,000,000 USD - Passenger insurance.
• Return flight reconfirmation.
• Luggage handling (vehicle until airport) .
• Bag pulls coordination with the hotel .
• EPIC escort when more than 20 persons are traveling together.


Airport Departures: EPIC´s staff will meet guests at the hotel, assist with loading the luggage onto the vehicle and escort them to the airport (for larger coach transfers). Our staff is equipped with communication devices to facilitate the entire coordination on departure.

Departure Procedures:
1.According to the International Security Flight Procedures all passengers should arrive at the Airport 2 hours prior to flight departure time. Pick-up times for departures will be programmed according to this.
2.EPIC, Will provide the notificación of your pick up time before your departure day through the same email that you have registred during your booking.
3.Proper vehicles to be assigned according to the final flight manifest.
4.At the Airport, EPIC Staff will conduct the participants to the counter for check-in.

At your arrival please proceed through Immigration. You must have your Mexican Customs Declaration form, passport and tourist card in hand. Visitors are given a tourist card valid for 120 days. A portion of the tourist card will be detached by the Immigration official and a portion will be returned to the visitor. You must keep the portion of this document returned to you and it will be collected by the airline personnel upon your departure at the airline check in counter. After showing the necessary documents please proceed to the baggage claim area. After identifying and claiming your luggage, you may have to place your bags on a belt through on X-ray machine. A Customs official will request you the Customs Declaration Form (previously filled out in the airplane) and to push the button of what it looks like a stop light.
If the passenger gets a red light, they will search your luggage, if you get a green light you may proceed to the exit.

Airport Arrivals: EPIC´s: Our meeting area is located outside the terminal once you leave the luggage claim and costume area, please go to “Grupos” exit at your right hand side; we will be waiting for you outside this terminal, under Umbrella No. 10, holding a welcome sign with your name. Our staff wears burgundy shirt and khaki pants with EPIC logo embroidered.
Transfer to Riu Hotels Estimated transfer time 60 minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR TRANSPORTATION:

Cancellation of services must be provided to EPIC in writing before the operation of the program, as outlined below (the following terms and conditions apply):
Cancellation with less than 7 Days & No Shows:No Refunds.
All no-shows will be charged 100%.
Delayed or canceled flights that are not reported to EPIC DMC within 24 hours will be charged as a no-show.
Cancellations of transportation services received after 24 hours of the service time will be charged at 100%.
